Why not help out at Ravens as a committee member or race day Games Maker?

Why not help Ravens by becoming a committee member. It fun and satisfying to be involved in the running of the club which is all done by volunteers.

There is obviously the major positions like Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary but there is also a host of other positions which are needed as well as helpers on race days.

Gate officials, bid issue, starting gate officials to name a few are always needed to make the races run smoothly and to give the impression to the visitors that we are a well organised and professional club.

The AGM is planned for the 17th of October so speak to one of the coaches, John Greenwood, David Cook or message me (Richard) to make your proposal (you will also need a seconder).

More success at Manchester for Ravens

Ravens performed very well at the Welsh and English Indoor Snow championships.

A crew of 9 athletes went down to Mancester's Chill FactorE

Adam O'mara, The Jackson 3, The Weir 2, The Beer 2 and Francesca Lee.

Francesca took the U16 first place in the English, Ian took a lucky 3rd place in the masters and Francesca took 3rd place overall for the girls.

Even though there was a lot of pressure on our skiers to perform on a surface they weren't used to skiing on, they performed fantastically. Well done to all.
